Wrote to Steve and Barbara bad smell from pipe draining in park needs to be flushed out possible dead animal or old debris inside.

Steve Spoke with Barbara the leak that was above TV is no longer leaking and was fixed previously during rain storms can you send a painter over to patch paint ceiling.

6/28/17   12   LEFT BEAM SUPPORT BY GYM DOOR - PENDING
Beam support holding stairway continues to warp as I go in gym everyday its noticeable from bottom of the Beam maybe a good idea to have looked at ASAP to make sure it is structurally OK due to weight it holds as does not look secure and could perhaps fall. 

7/3/17   22   Ped Entry Door to Garbage Area Across from the Rec Room - CLOSED
The door to the garbage area is not opening easily and does not close completely without pulling on it. I often find it unlocked. 

7/7/17   6   Use of the Social Room on 15 July - CLOSED
We would like to reserve the social room on 15 July from 1 PM to 7 PM for the purpose of holding a social gathering. Thank you! 

7/24/17   17   Termite droppings - PENDING
There are termite droppings on the floor next to the living room wall on the south side.  This area has been treated two times in the past.

7/25/17   1   Flooding of Unit 1  PENDING
Yesterday 7/24/17 I returned home to find my master bedroom bathroom and closet flooded.
I called a plumber, Pro-Plumbing, to come out and see if I had a leaky pipe.  When he arrived he found that the front condo sprinkler system was on and flooding the area and draining down the driveway to the wall of my bedroom.  The valve was stuck on and he turned it off.  We figured it was on for 12 to 14 hours.  After vacuuming 10 gallons of water, it stopped flooding and we knew that was what was causing the problem.
Three issues:
     1.  Sprinkler system needs to be fixed. I contacted So. California Landscaping and they will send someone out to fix the control valve.             PENDING
     2.  The wall in my bedroom needs to be sealed so this does not happen again.  I am asking Cammarata Management to contact            

          someone to come out and look at it. NEED TO CONTACT A VENDOR
     3.  The drain outside the west end of the garage just outside the pedestrian door is clogged and needs to be cleaned out.  I asked the

          plumber, Pro-Plumbing, to return and fix that drain.   PENDING
